Technik der gezielten Messerkonisation
A: Nachdem 1 IE POR 8 Sandoz® in 20 ml physiologischer Kochsalzlösung direkt in die Portio bei 3, 6, 9 und 12 Uhr instilliert wurden, wird die Schillersche Jodprobe durchgeführt, die hier einen zentralen jodnegativen Bezirk ergibt.
B, C: Herausschneiden des Konus unter Mitnahme des jodnegativen Bezirkes.
D: Endokoagulation des Konisationskraters mit der Hämostase-Sonde.
Technique of the aimed knife-conisation
A: After 1 IE POR 8 Sandoz® in 20 ml physiological NACI solution has been instilled directly into the cervix at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o`clock, the iodine test acc. to Schiller can be carried out, which results in a central iodine-negative area.
B, C: Cutting of the conus under taking in the iodinenegative area.
D: Endocoagulation of the conisation crater with the haemostasis-probe. |
